Haven't seen the dining room table in years. It seems that realtors are like people, they each have their own biases and perspectives. We were lucky as father-in-law was a broker and he dealt with the issues for us. We also haven't moved in decades. We started looking to move to the foothills near hear and found using a local to that area realtor instead of our friend here helped with knowing the "inside the community" type of things.
